A View from on High

No wonder they call it High Street! I knew there was a hill involved, but never really appreciated it until I saw the track-log graph below.

Another new walking route for me and my “scurry” of friends, and we walked it specifically because I wanted to take a couple of photos, and to consider this:

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a trail connection from Downtown Toledo out to Toledo Heights Park? One following the route marked here, or maybe with a new crossing over Deer Creek into the park? That would be ideal, at least I think so. Or, thinking smaller, wouldn’t it be nice just to have a crosswalk so that pedestrian’s can safely cross US 63 at High Street, on Ross St., or anywhere in town?
